[ ]The Western Suburb
This Suburb is built on a R I V E R that flows down from Mount Tropico and out into the ocean - the houses are neat and white washed, some larger and more showy than others - but each house with a small dock that goes out onto the river where motor boats are tied down... so of course, it's great if you've got a motorboat to go with it...
00
[ ]The Eastern Suburb
This is the suburb on the eastern side of the Northern sector - The houses here are not unlike the ones in the Western suburb, but no river runs through here - instead, the focus is usually more on G A R D E N S - palm trees, fountains - a beautifull place to live.

[ ]The Tropico Family Restaurant
The perfect place for an inexpensive night out with the wife and kids... comfy and smart, and with good traditional home-style food.
00
[ ]Tropico Nights
The flashy nightclub is the favourite spot of the age-apropriate youth of Tropico.
Booze flows freely, as long as you pay...
00
[ ]One-Stop Grocery Shop
If you urgently need to dash to buy bread or milk (or anything else) this handy little shop is just what you need. Despite the name, it doesn't only sell Groceries!
It's also a great place to accidentally-on-purpous knock into someone while doing your household shopping...
00
[ ]The Vet
Almost everyone in Tropico has furry, feathery or scaly companions - and here's where you go when they get sick or injured.
00
Nowhere as classy as
T r o p i c o C e n t r a l
[ ]The Tropico Town Hall
Pretty much the most important building on the island, where any major issues are delt with. However, Tropico being a close-to-perfect place, not many issues have had to be dealt with YET...
The Grand Town Hall is usually used as a function center - the perfect place it you want a million dollar, sparkly night time wedding, smashing 21st or a Masked New Years Ball.
00
[ ]The Tropico Boutique
The one and only place to buy Formal Clothing, cocktail dresses and the like - a large and fancy shop, not too cheap but Completely worth it - theres also a classy dress up costumes section, where you can get everything from a 18th century ballgown to a Gorrila Costume.

Owner - Patricia Durrey

[ ]The Tropico Library
The grandest building in Tropico - and certainly the quietest. Bookworms of all tastes will find something to read here, among the rows of tall, old bookshelves and comfy reading chairs.
00
[ ]Tropico Central Restaurant
The Most Prestigious Restaurant on the island - situated in Tropico Central, It is the chosen place to dine out by most. Dress Code is smart, and the menu ranges from all sorts of seafood to the finest Venison and Pies.
00
Buisness as usual at
L o w e r T o w n
[ ]The Tropico Bakery
The Tropico Bakery is the most homely and gorgeous little place on the island, some would say.
With it's cheery decorative (fake) sunflowers, white and yellow checked tablecloths, large windows beckoning in the warm light, the smell of freshly baked rolls, cakes, scones and more - who could resist to stop in here for a cup of coffee and the best ever freshly baked goods?

[ ]The Tropico Ice Cream Store
Is there anyone out there who doesn't LOVE eating ice cream on a hot day while trudging barefoot through beachsand or sharing a bench with your friends or beloved under a palm tree?
The Ice Cream Store is therefore a huge hit, with it's endless selection of flavours and combos. It has a beautifull little front patio that looks onto the calm gravel road of lower town, the park and it's wooden boardwalks leading to and off the beach, and the small but busy harbour right in sight, a stones throw away.

[ ]The Fresh Produce Market
At the point where Lower Town meets the Harbour is a small collection of small stalls with colourfull, tent like rectangles of material overhead, perched on wooden poles. This is where the locals sell any Crafts or Fresh Produce they have - if you've been fishing, sewing, painting, or tending to a Veggie garden in your backyard, this is the place to get it off your hands - in exchange for some cash. This is also a place where musicians and singers occasionally perform, for public entertainment and spare cash.
00
[ ]The Fantasy Tea Garden
The Fantasy Tea Garden is a small but ever-so-amazing tea garden / curio shop, where you can find everything from candles, accessories and other items such as dollhouses to suitcases dating back from a few decades to more than half a century ago, tye-dyed or other "arty" clothing, jewelery, ornaments, and so fourth. Oh, and incense. Lots of it.
That's inside, however - outside is a tea garden, hedged in on every side excep the side looking out to the harbour. Fairy lights, cushined seats (or rather, just floor cushions) and low tables with exquisite tea sets make the magical atmosphere of the place.
00
[ ]The Tropico Harbour
The Tropico Harbour/Port - a dock for motorboats, fishingboats, etc - The place to go when you want a boatride to another part of Tropico, or just a fun sea excursion on your motorboat, or even a fishing outing!

[ ]The Park
The Park is at the south of Tropico, and is rather large - It is practically right on the beach - it would even be almost safe to say it IS the beach, save a bit of grass. The Park has a beautifull boardwalk, extending out over the water to a huge floating Gazebo, where there is a cocktail bar and a small concert stage - it is a common place for shows and fantastic beach parties.

A fresh body of water that sits at the foot of mount Tropico - and a home to duckies!! There are many benches, trees and picnic tables surrounding the ducky pond - a perfect place to hang out, have a picnic and Feed the Duckies!

[ ]The Tropico Pizzeria
An almost completely open air restaurant - and practically right on the beach. With tall roughly cut wooden columns supporting a snazzy thatched roof, and A huge, clay Pizza oven in view and the best Pizza you'll ever taste.
